Survey done, just in time !

I am very glad that we managed to complete the survey yesterday ! Today's weather is terrible and certainly would not have been any fun in a cherry picker.

I am pleased to say that the line of sight surveys went extremely well and we have confirmed clear line of sight to link the backbone connection from Ridge Hill farm into Buckingham. We have also checked that we have good lines of sight into Nash from the farm. For any of you that want to have a look a some pictures of Nash on a sunny day then you are free to have a look at the pictures we took at :

Apologies for the somewhat strange colour schemes on a few of the pictures. Our excuse is to do with thick gloves and accidental pressing of white balance buttons. It was also interesting to look down on a military puma helicopter passing a short distance away.

We have now ordered the internet connection in Buckingham and are waiting for this to be connected.

Please feel free to leave any comments if you so wish, then we will know people are reading the blog ;-)

Hi

It is good to see some published info on what is happening!

Would it be possible to give everyone some sort of project timeline which changes according to how things are going? It is great to know that the connection has been ordered, but how long could this take and what needs to happen after that?

I am working from home and the internet is crucial to me. I am very anxious to understand what is happening so I can plan my time.

Thank you very much.
